Development Living is an interactive community site which incorporates dynamic notice boards and forums. These help you to keep track of any issues, events, meetings, maintenance and security concerns within your development.
 
Each estate has its own secure area where residents can view the notice boards as well as comment on any items which are being discussed. A unique system keeps you informed, via email, of when notices are posted as well as letting you know when comments have been made on any issue.
 
An interactive Recommendations section enables you to let your neighbours know of any excellent service you may have received. Had a great experience with a contractor? Why not let the rest of your estate know so if they ever need something similar they know exactly who to call!
 
A document library will allow your Body Corporate, or Home Owners Association, to post any relevant documents you may need. These can be downloaded whenever you require them and would include estate rules, AGM minutes or financials.
 
If you need to contact your neighbour simply look up their details in the Address Book. And keep your details up to date using the tools provided.
 
We also offer you access to any estate you may have a property in. Maybe you are a managing agent who needs to keep track of multiple estates? No problem the innovative login system allows this too!
 
And what about managing your estate? Well we have that covered too by giving your Body Corporate or Home Owners Association tools to add and approve new users. They can also update any user’s access should someone new join the estate or should someone leave.
 
Development Living provides you with a complete solution to help you manage your estate. Providing Body Corporate and Home Owners Associations with a great overview of the resident’s needs, and giving residents a chance to let their management know what they want. We also hope to encourage a greater sense of community by making it easier for people to keep in contact with their neighbours.
